I am Ella Worsdale, I’m a creative leader passionate about transforming organisations by leveraging the potential of people, data, and continuous innovation. With over 20 years of experience working across both the NHS and private sector, I’ve honed the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that make a real impact on the business.
My passion for data and innovation drives me to constantly push boundaries, helping teams unlock their full potential and exceed expectations. As a qualified Coach and Mentor, I’m deeply committed to nurturing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
I’m honoured to have received several recognitions throughout my career, including winning the Future Digital Health Leader Award at the 2018 Digital Health Awards. In 2019, whilst working in the NHS, I was awarded the Tableau Community Founders Award, which allowed me to attend the Tableau Conference in Las Vegas—a moment I still can’t believe happened! All expense paid trips to the US are not a common occurrence when you work in the NHS. Most recently, in late 2025, my team won the Client Experience Award at our company’s internal awards, a proud moment that reflects dedication and teamwork in delivering outstanding client results.
I’m passionate about supporting others on their data journeys, serving as a Tableau User Group Ambassador and co-leading the UK Northwest Tableau User Group (#NWTUG) since the end of 2017. I was also co-led for UK Healthcare Tableau User Group (#UKHealthTUG) until 2021.
In 2020, I earned the ILM Level 5 Qualification in Coaching and Mentoring, a milestone that truly deepened my passion for coaching. This qualification has been transformative, not just in enhancing my leadership skills but in helping me understand the profound impact coaching can have on empowering others to reach their full potential. Coaching has become one of my core strengths, and I am constantly inspired by the difference it can make in unlocking personal and professional growth.
More importantly I am a mum of two boys, a wife and more recently a ‘dog mum’ to lovely Luna, our Miniature Schnauzer. I live in the Peak District (north of the UK), love walking, keeping fit, drawing and reading.
I have been blogging since 2019. If you fancy connecting, I am always happy to talk about coaching, data, analytics careers, keeping fit in your 40s, kids and of course dogs!
I hope you enjoy my blogs.
